Here’s what to expect.

Sign your Proposal
Firstly, we’ll draft your IVA proposal and send it for you to review using our dedicated client app. It’s important to read this carefully and return this as soon as possible to progress with your application. If you need any support accessing your app please contact us on 0800 082 8095 -
Change bank
If you owe money to your existing bank, you may be required to switch to a new provider to stop money being taken while we set up your arrangement. This may seem daunting, but don’t panic, switching to a basic bank account is free and easy. -
Meeting of Creditors
Next, we’ll arrange a meeting of creditors, sometimes referred to as MOC. This is a routine part of the IVA process and an important step to get your arrangement approved.
It can take about 16 days for us to arrange the meeting. We’ll manage this process for you and let you know of the outcome of the meeting and discuss your next steps depending on the outcome. Creditors will have two weeks from the date of the meeting to vote on the proposal so if we go a little quiet during this time, don’t worry.
